Help organising care for an ageing parent

We arrange care, paperwork, and daily support for older parents across Geneva so families don't have to manage it alone.

Independent

We earn nothing from care homes, insurers or fiduciaries we recommend.

Confidential

Every conversation, every document. Handled with the discretion a Swiss family expects.

Practical

You leave each meeting with a written plan and the next three actions — never homework.

What we handle

Five fronts your family is fighting on — quietly taken over.

How it works

Three steps, no surprises.

Most families come to us during a crisis — a fall, a diagnosis, a phone call from a neighbour. The structure below works equally well when you're simply trying to get ahead of it.

  1. 01

We listen, then map the situation

A confidential 90-minute review with the family. Medical context, living situation, finances, paperwork, family dynamics. Nothing is too small.

  2. 02

    You receive a written plan

Clear recommendations across care, admin, housing and money. Estimated costs. A prioritised list of what to do this week, this month, this year.

  3. 03

We execute — or hand it back

You can take the plan and run with it. Or we become your concierge: organising Spitex, calling KESB, sitting in on care-home visits, chasing the insurer.

Who we work with

Built for the 45–65 year-old who is suddenly the one in charge.

You have a demanding job. Your own children. A partner. Maybe parents in two countries. You love them — and you simply don't have time to learn the Swiss care system from scratch while everything is on fire. That is the job we do, so you can stay the daughter or the son.

Next step

Start with a Family Care & Admin Review

A 90-minute, confidential conversation with our lead advisor. You leave with a clear plan, a written summary, and the next three actions for your family — whether you continue with us or not.

Available in English and French.
